Position Summary
HAIVO seeks a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of Sales to shape and direct its market entry and expansion efforts across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. He/She will play a pivotal role in building HAIVO’s presence in the region, starting with the United Arab Emirates and expanding to other GCC countries to deliver AI-powered technology solutions and advisory services as opportunities arise. Primary responsibilities include forging strategic partnerships, building a pipeline of clients and contracts, and capturing business opportunities in AI, digital transformation, and technology consulting for the overall purpose of driving revenue growth and expanding HAIVO’s commercial footprint. Reporting directly to the Founder, this position will be based in the UAE or Saudi Arabia with travel to other target countries across the GCC.

This position will be instrumental in contributing to the technical architecture of our platform and leading the commercial strategy that drives revenue growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Strategy & Market Expansion: Develop and execute HAIVO's market entry and growth strategy across the GCC, with an initial focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and opportunistic expansion into Qatar and other GCC markets. Lead in-country technical research, stakeholder mapping, and market analysis to inform strategic positioning and targeted outreach.
- Pipeline Development & Client Acquisition: Build and manage a diversified pipeline across enterprise, SME, and government clients. Lead the development of pitches, proposals, and presentations, and drive contract negotiations through to close.
- Partnerships & Representation: Identify and recommend strategic partnering arrangements with international, regional, and local firms to strengthen proposal competitiveness. Establish and nurture channel relationships, and represent HAIVO at industry events, accelerators, and networking forums across the region.
- Service Portfolio & Innovation Oversee the expansion and management of HAIVO's service portfolio, ensuring scalability and reliability. Drive R&D initiatives and integrate emerging AI/ML capabilities to keep the offering competitive and market-relevant.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a senior technology or engineering leadership role
- Demonstrable track record in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership
- Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, Data Solutions, and/or data-driven products
- Based in the UAE or Saudi Arabia
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high tolerance for ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Existing network within the UAE / KSA tech or enterprise ecosystem
